Please be aware custom orders requiring design time will take longer than the usual processing time, you can expect to wait 1-3 weeks for design work to be completed and payment is required prior to manufacture of your custom orders.

We always endeavour to keep our prices low for all our customers, so no, we do not offer a wholesale discount. However, it doesn't hurt to ask! We will always try to help keep costs low for our fellow small businesses, so please do reach out if you need longer payment deadlines or additional payment options.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days, but sometimes due to busy periods or family commitments, it may take a little longer to ship your orders. Once we have shipped your order, you can expect to receive it within 5-8 business days with Standard Postage. This time will vary depending on your location and if there are delays within the postal service. We use Australia Post for all orders, however if you prefer to arrange collection from our premises or use an alternative courier, we will accommodate where possible. Express Postage is available at checkout, however does not guarantee a faster dispatch time, and is dependant on Australia Post's estimated shipping times. If you have not received your order after 14 business days from the date you placed your order, please do send us a message so we can follow up for you!

ACRYLIC Acrylic is incredibly durable, it is a product designed to be much stronger than glass! However unfortunately, it does scratch easily. We recommend leaving the pre-applied plastic or paper film on your acrylic until you are ready to use your blanks. We do not advise use of any solvent or chemicals to clean your acrylic. Isopropyl alcohol can be used on all acrylics except mirror acrylic however we suggest trying the below methods to clean first. We recommend a clean lens cleaning cloth (such as a sunglasses cloth) or a damp chamois to gently remove fingerprints and dust from the surface. Our Acrylic is UV stable and can be used outdoors however mirrored acrylics will be susceptible to the elements so should not be used outdoors for long periods of time. PLYWOOD Plywood is subject to warping/bowing in moist or extremely hot environments, therefore we recommend storing your products in a dry, cool area away from heating and cooling appliances. Our plywood products are not sealed therefore are not suitable for long-term outdoor use.

We understand that sometimes after you've clicked 'Pay' you remember that one thing you forgot to Add to Cart, so please don't hesitate to send us a message or email, and we will do our best to accommodate. However if we have already packaged your order and generated shipping labels, unfortunately we will not be able to bundle your orders together.
